Information Society Development Foundation (FRSI)

The Library Development Program’s objective is to equalize opportunities of the underserved living in rural areas and enable them to fully participate in economical, educational, cultural and social relationships and community life by revitalizing local libraries providing them with multimedia equipment and Internet access as well by staff capacity building.
